Hello! My name is Lauren Erasmus, and I started Pack 307 out of a deep-seated, lifelong passion for dogs and a true understanding of the challenges modern pet owners face.

For me, dogs aren't just pets—they're family and have always been a central part of my life. I grew up alongside working cow dogs and bird dogs, learning from a young age what it takes to meet the needs of a high-drive, athletic canine. That experience cemented my belief that a dog’s well-being relies on far more than just a short walk around the block.

My personal passion is hiking with my own dogs. I know firsthand the joy of seeing them run, sniff, and explore, and I also understand how incredibly difficult it is to juggle a demanding career and ensure your dog gets the quality exercise they need. It’s a tough balance—one that often leaves owners feeling guilty and their dogs under-stimulated.
